What We Collect
When you use a contact form, the newsletter sign-up, or the neighborhood-match form on this site, we collect what you enter directly — typically your name, email address and phone number, along with any details you share about your neighborhood preferences, timeline, budget range or the message itself. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into a form.
How Submissions Are Handled
Form submissions on this site are processed through HubSpot, the marketing and customer-communication platform Silverwood Properties uses to manage inquiries and send newsletters. Your information is stored in our HubSpot account so Ken can follow up with you and so we can send the newsletter to subscribers who ask for it. We don't sell your information.
Analytics
We may use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get read, how people arrive here, and similar aggregate patterns. Analytics data is used to improve the site, not to identify you individually.
Cookies
Forms and analytics tools on this site may set cookies in your browser to support their normal function, such as remembering that a form was submitted or measuring site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how forms behave.
How to Unsubscribe
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — clicking it removes you from future sends. You can also email Ken directly and ask to be removed.
Requesting Your Information Be Deleted
If you'd like us to delete the information you've submitted, email Ken at email Ken and he will handle the request personally.
A Note on Compliance
This policy describes our practices plainly. We aren't claiming certification under any specific privacy law or framework — if you have questions about how a particular regulation applies to your situation, we'd encourage you to consult your own advisor. What we can tell you is exactly what's above: what we collect, where it goes, and how to stop it.
