Great Deal Alert
OK, this one is not a great deal in the sense of some amazing return on investment. It’s a great deal for someone who would like to live in a really nice home and get some very good income from the other unit to defray the mortgage. Or, it’s a really great deal for two friends or two family members (say, two brothers/sisters, or older parents to live in one and adult children to live in the other) to live on the same premises but in separate homes.
One of these homes is newly beautifully renovated. That one is a 1350 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath. The other one is brand new construction. That one is a small 3 bed 2 bath, 900 sq ft. There is decent yard for both homes and lots of non-tandem parking for both homes. It is one of the best parts of Highland Park on a very pretty street, and very near downtown Pasadena, with easy freeway access to everything. You can get to work in downtown in about 20 minutes from this home.
