Investor Bulletin

I tend to listen carefully when people who are particularly successful tell me how they got that way.

With that in mind, get this: I have now had, not one, not two, but three very successful Multi Millionaire Real Estate investors recently tell me about buying and holding investment real estate in South Central.

That’s right, South Central.

Let me share their insight with you.

They say this is a wonderful place to buy and hold small multi-units. Since most investors shy away from this area, prices are so low that one virtually always cash flows very nicely. The tenants that are flooding into that neighborhood lately are quite reliable tenants, and very low maintanence. They normally fix problems themselves and then report to the landlord what they fixed and ask for a small reimbursement. All three of these gentleman say it is a great place to park one’s money and that it has tremendous upside as well. They tell me that it is continually gentrifying (Gentrification …refers to the changes that result when wealthier people (“gentry”) acquire or rent property in low income and working class communities -Wikipedia).

You might want to check it out.

And if you need help or information about any of your real estate needs, I am but phone call way.
Hope you find this helpful.
