Existing Home Sales In September Rise
History is replete with the wonders of the West and the blossom still shines on the California rose.
We have the Golden Gate, Hollywood, the Sierra Nevada and Big Sur.
We have the Dodgers, Giants, 49ers and the Lakers.
We also have a booming residential real estate market. According to the Los Angeles Times:
The national housing market rebounded in September as home sales rose to their highest level of the year….
Low mortgage rates, coupled with restrained price increases, boosted sales last month, the Realtors group said.

Powering the advance were home sales in the West, which increased 7.1% over August.
A key factor remains the rock-bottom interest rates, which declined yet again.
The average rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage dropped below 4% last week, according to mortgage giant Freddie Mac.
