" I think it's been about a year since we first started speaking about finding an appropriate investment property for me. Over the years, I have spoken to many real estate agents, who I always tell the same thing. "I am always interested in a good investment". The typical response I get is to be put on their email list and get a few blasts on the new MLS activity. That usually lasts a couple of months. I can honestly say that you are the first agent I have dealt with who gave me the who gave me the impression that you would not quit until you found something acceptable to me. " Previous to dropping into Ken’s office in Echo Park, we had worked with three different realtors, none of whom worked particularly hard for us or, when they did, were fully in tune with what we were looking for. Our experience with Ken was the opposite.
