SoCal’s January Home Sales hit Highest Level in Three Years
Home sales in the five Southern California counties – Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Ventura and San Bernardino – increased 7.3% from a year earlier, according to a survey by CoreLogic.
The Southern California residential real estate market has shown unshakable strength for the last four years with the median sale price for homes having risen, year over year, for 46 consecutive months, according to the survey.
The increase in sales for Los Angeles County, specifically, was 6.7%, while the median price for a Los Angeles County home increased 6.5% to $490,000.
