For those of you who have been contemplating buying Real Estate (investment or a home) in Northeast L.A. and were wondering if it was a good move, wonder no more……”Redfin”, the very popular public multiple listing service, recently did an extensive analysis of neighborhoods across the country and came up with a top ten list of “hottest up-and-coming neighborhoods for 2013 for the whole U.S.” Three….. count ’em – THREE different communities in Northeast L.A. showed up on this nationwide list – Glassell Park, Eagle Rock and, at NUMBER 1- Highland Park !

Of course, to those of us who conduct Real Estate business here on a daily basis, this doesn’t come as a shock. However, it definitely should be of great interest to those of you who are trying to get as much certainty as possible about the current Real Estate market. If you are looking to either live or invest in a neighborhood that has extreme upside in both quality of living as well as appreciation of your asset, look no further. It’s right in front of your nose !
