Buyers – The Home You Want At The Price You Want It

We take a great deal of joy in helping our clients find and purchase the home of their dreams. Part of this process is to ensure the buyers are engaged in the home buying process in an enjoyable and stress-free way. We recognize that not all buyers have complete certainty as to how they want to proceed, and many do not necessarily know exactly how the process of home buying works. With that in mind, here are the steps we take to make this the best experience possible:

1. When a client is uncertain about the timing of his or her purchase – whether to buy now or wait – we help solve this problem by asking a few key questions that help to clarify this point. With this added professional perspective, the client can then often determine whether or not it is the correct time to buy, or if not, exactly what needs to occur in order to be ready.

2. Once a decision has been reached to move forward with a purchase we answer any and all questions the client may have about the buying process with simple and thorough information.

3. If the client is a first-time buyer, or the process is not sufficiently familiar, we walk through each of the steps involved in buying a home. This is done in a clear and simple way that enables our client to fully understand and be comfortable with the process.

4. We find out exactly what our client wants in a home, including bed/bath count, size, yard, amenities, school district, location and anything else that makes it the best possible purchase.

5. If the client needs help or has questions about financing we provide this information and direction as well.

6. We make available any and all inventory that exists which fits the desired criteria as per #4 above, complete with photos and all specifics about each house that might be a great fit.

7. Once the client has looked through the potential choices and picked the ones that seem to work best, we arrange appointments to see the houses.

8. When THE property is found, we help the client write an offer in a way that safeguards him from any legal or other type problems during the purchasing process. The product we seek is the exact house the client wants, at the price, terms and conditions desired. We assist directly as and when needed to negotiate these points.

9. At the point of an accepted offer and we are in escrow we tightly monitor the escrow process to ensure our buyers have a physically sound property, with no hidden physical, legal or financial liabilities connected to it. We also ensure that the loan to buy the property is within terms and conditions that are acceptable to the client.

10. If at anytime our buyer needs help finding a competent and reliable lender, insurance agent, renovator or any other ancillary type service we recommend such people and provide their contact information.

In summary anything and everything we need to do to ensure that the purchase of the home is an enjoyable, problem-free experience, both now and in the future, we do it.
